Mackie Wood Co offers FREE delivery to UK mainland postcodes on products on the website. There are no delivery charges added at checkout. For bespoke larger items a delivery charge may occur. This will be disclosed to each individual client at the time of pricing bespoke items where applicable.

Smaller postage items will be sent with Parcel Force, generally on a 48hr delivery schedule. Based rurally we’ve had plenty of experience with delivery companies and we just can’t fault Parcel Force, which is why we use them!

Larger furniture items that are too large in pack size and or weight will be sent out using our specialist furniture couriers. These items will take a little longer to arrive (within a 5 to 10 day period after dispatch). We’ve been using them for years, a great team of specialists.

We package all of our products using as many recyclable materials as we possible can. Protecting your most valuable purchases, so that they reach you in perfect condition.
Returns
It is exceptionally important to Mackie Wood Co that you are happy with your purchases, but we understand that occasionally you may want to return an item. So with this in mind we offer you a 14 day returns policy. Any return costs will be covered by the customer. The person who purchased the item must contact Mackie Wood Co within this 14 day period. Once we have received your item a full refund will be issued. Mackie Wood Co are unable to except returns on bespoke items made especially to you.
All Mackie Wood Co products are made with craftsmanship, love & passion. As a small company we pride ourselves in our work. All handmade items are checked and double checked and then checked again whilst being packaged. Nothing leaves our workshop without us being happy. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with an item or damage has occurred during transit (please take photos of the damaged packed items), then goods should be returned to Mackie Wood Co. (Contact Us) We will cover this cost and at our discretion we will refund the purchase price or repair & return your item to you or send you a new item or replacement parts (where applicable). This then completes our sole obligation under our returns / replacement terms.
Due to the nature of wood a replacement item may differ in colouration and look. No two pieces of wood are the same! This makes every single one of our items unique to you.
